These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DOXLab (“we”, “our”, “us”), a digital signature platform powered and operated by Sky Techiez. DOXLab is not a separate legal entity, and all services are managed by Sky Techiez.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using DOXLab, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Electronic Signatures & Legal Validity

By using DOXLab, you agree that:

• Electronic signatures are legally binding in accordance with applicable laws, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, and similar laws in other jurisdictions

• Electronic records and signatures created through DOXLab have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures, where permitted by law

• You consent to conduct transactions electronically

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities performed under your account

• Ensuring that all documents uploaded are lawful and that you have the necessary rights or permissions

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content

• Impersonate any individual or entity

• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of the platform

• Use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes

4. Use of the Service

·         DOXLab provides an electronic document signing and workflow platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Fees & Payments

Some features of DOXLab may require payment. By purchasing any paid service:

• You agree to provide accurate billing information

• You authorize us or our third-party payment providers to charge applicable fees

• Fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
