DOXLab is a digital signature platform powered and operated by Sky Techiez. DOXLab is not a separate legal entity, and all billing, payments, and services are managed by Sky Techiez.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, subscriptions, and refunds related to DOXLab services.
1. Subscription & Service Fees
DOXLab provides digital services that are delivered instantly upon activation.
By purchasing any subscription or paid plan, you agree to:
The pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase
Automatic billing (if applicable for subscription plans)
Payment processing through secure third-party payment providers
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to features, all payments are generally non-refundable once:
The service has been activated, or
The platform has been used
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)
Refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, including:
Incorrect charges due to a billing error from our side
Duplicate payments made for the same service
Extended service downtime caused solely by DOXLab
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

The amount will be returned to the original payment method

6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Through your account dashboard, or
By contacting our support team
Upon cancellation:
Future billing will be stopped
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
7. Plan Changes & Downgrades
If you upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription:
Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise
Any unused portion, balance, or credits are non-refundable
